OUR ADD-ON "BLINKYDINGS" CONFIGURED FOR GENESYS CLOUD IS NOW AVAILABLE IN THE GENESYS APPFOUNDRY!
The add-on „blinkyDings“ was further developed by us especially for Genesys Cloud applications. It signals the current Genesys Cloud status of the agent and informs about incoming interactions. This is not only a great advantage for the agent himself, but also for his environment: Whether the customer service team in the open-plan office or the family in the home office: Thanks to simple light signals, everyone now knows whether the agent is currently available.
