smarT-IVR is a visual IVR solution developed by Deliberate based on Genesys Cloud.
Every customer has probably already had some experience with an IVR - Interactive Voice Response. Mostly in the form of selection menus or queries via which the caller can make entries on the telephone by means of speech (or key dialing).
