In the 69th edition of the BVMW's #afterLunchTreff, our Senior Consultant Thomas Müller was the guest with the topic: "Success through Service Experience - The digital customer interface in today's times".

Digitalization is the networking of platforms. It is therefore essential for companies to think about the development of their own customer interface.

Whereas customer inquiries were previously answered by phone, digital channels such as emails, chats and social media messages are becoming increasingly relevant as part of the Internet of Things (IoT).

As a result, service and support units increasingly need omnichannel capabilities.

Companies that recognize that good service experience is a key success factor for brand awareness, revenue, customer satisfaction and profitability are among the winners today.
