The service community met at the Swiss Customer Service Summit

The renowned Swiss congress for the service community took place for the 11th time on September 15, 2022. At THE HALL in Zurich-Dübendorf, 300 participants benefited from the expert knowledge of renowned practical speakers, an exhibition of participating solution partners and the opportunity for extensive networking with the key players in the industry. The motto this year: "Everything becomes service - the future is scalable and automated".

Deliberate GmbH was again represented as a Silver Partner in Zurich this year. For the first time as a member of the infinit.cx Group. Our three colleagues Evelyn van Haastert, Dieter Marquardt and Sven Schuhknecht were on site and were able to hold good technical discussions and once again demonstrate Deliberate's expertise in customer service.
