shortyDings provides hotkey shortcuts to control voice interactions and agent state via keyboard (no mouse). Enables faster and more efficient work in Genesys Cloud, even when the Cloud Window is not visible, minimized or covered by another app.
shortyDings +[assist] provides hotkey shortcuts with acoustic TTS confirmation to control voice interactions and agent state via keyboard (no mouse). Enables accessibility, freedom from barriers and more efficient work in Genesys Cloud. Is intended to support the visually impaired.
displayDings is the out-of-the-box solution for creating and displaying extended and individual metrics in your Genesys Cloud Contact Center. This is great for providing individual departments with extended visual functionalities.
AniCa allows users to select the outgoing Caller ID number from a dropdown prior to initiating a call. This is great for users that work with multiple queues or groups and ensures that your customers call back the right group.
