Today we are proud to announce that we have listed another Genesys Cloud Add-On, AniCa, on AppFoundry, the Genesys marketplace.
What is AniCa?
AniCa is an add-on for your Genesys Cloud application that allows users to make outgoing calls with a custom number (caller ID). Anica is a Chrome browser add-on.
The management of the outgoing numbers available for selection is done directly in the architect of the Genesys Cloud Admin interface.
Another feature: with the integrated "click-to-dial" functionality, numbers can be dialed directly from the Chrome browser without having to copy and paste them additionally. This saves time.
