Zurich Insurance honored with Genesys Customer Innovation Award

On May 19, 2021, the G-Summit 2021 DACH was successfully held. Interesting presentations and business talks invited to a lively exchange with customers. Towards the end of the event, Genesys presented its annual Customer Service Awards DACH.

Deliberate is very proud that one of its customers was one of the winners and congratulates Zurich Insurance on the award!
