2 Participation and determination of winners
All persons aged 18 or over are eligible to enter the competition. Participation takes place by filling out the entry form and sending it by 30.11.2024.

The winners will receive the prize by post to the address given in the form. If the prize cannot be delivered the first time, the claim to the prize expires and Deliberate has the right to draw a replacement winner.
Participation is free of charge. The participant only has to pay the fees for the Internet connection. Participation is independent of the purchase of products or the ordering of services. Deliberate is not liable for the availability of the website. Deliberate is also not liable for any transmission errors. Deliberate may also modify, suspend or terminate the competition if this is necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond Deliberate's control or if this is the only way to ensure that the competition can be carried out properly. The prize will not be paid out in cash. Each person may only enter the competition once. Participation via automated mass participation procedures of third parties is not permitted.

The closing date for entries is 30.11.2024. Deliberate reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw in the event of suspected technical manipulation.
