{"id":6435,"date":"2022-01-11T12:50:38","date_gmt":"2022-01-11T11:50:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/deliberate.de\/?p=6435"},"modified":"2022-01-11T14:59:59","modified_gmt":"2022-01-11T13:59:59","slug":"our-newest-app-shortydings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/deliberate.de\/en\/2022\/01\/11\/our-newest-app-shortydings\/","title":{"rendered":"Our newest app &#8211; shortyDings"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"\"><strong>We are proud to present our new app for Genesys Cloud CX- <span>shorty<\/span><span><strong>D<\/strong><\/span><span><strong>ings<\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The app will be available in two versions <span style=\"color: var(--tcb-skin-color-0);\">shorty<\/span><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-color-0);\"><strong>D<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-color-1);\"><strong>ings<\/strong><\/span>&nbsp;and <span>shorty<\/span><span><strong>D<\/strong><\/span><span><strong>ings&nbsp;<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-color-4);\">[assist]<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">The application allows to work with shortcuts (also known as HotKeys) under Genesys Cloud CX and thus enables a more <span style=\"color: var(--tcb-color-2);\">efficient work<\/span> in the contact center.The definition of the shortcuts for the respective function can be defined by the user.This works even when Genesys Cloud CX is running in the background and agents are working in a different system &#8211; no switching required.The&nbsp;<span style=\"color: var(--tcb-color-4);\">[assist]&nbsp;<\/span>version not only offers shortcuts, but also input confirmation of the called function via a <span style=\"color: var(--tcb-color-2);\">voice output <\/span>(text-to-speech).
