Interesting presentations and business talks invited to a lively exchange with customers. Towards the end of the event, Genesys presented its annual <strong>Customer Service Awards<\/strong> DACH.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Deliberate is very proud that one of its customers was one of the winners and congratulates <strong>Zurich Insurance<\/strong> on the award!<\/p>\n<p style=\"\"><strong>We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in the project for their great cooperation. We are already looking forward to the upcoming projects!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"\"><strong><span style=\"color: var(--tcb-color-1);\">Zurich Insurance &#8211; Winner in the category &#8220;Customer Innovation&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Zurich Insurance Group is an internationally active Swiss financial services company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">The company was awarded for its successful use of innovative AI solutions that enable a personalized and customer-oriented design of the customer experience. Within just six months of starting to use Genesys Cloud, Zurich Insurance fully converted its contact center to AI-powered service.
