What awaits you
As a Systems Specialist, you will be actively involved in consulting projects and in the operating environment of our customers on the topics of "Customer Experience and Cloud Contact Center".
- You will design and integrate our Cloud Contact Center platform based on Genesys Cloud as part of the team.
- You take over the integration into the system landscape of our customers as well as the service and support of the systems
The continuous further development of our customer systems is close to your heart.
What you bring to the table
- You have successfully completed a technical education (or a comparable qualification) and have a very high affinity for IT.
- Ideally, you have professional experience in the area of call center infrastructures (Genesys or similar), technologies such as SIP, IVR, chatbots and automation are not foreign to you.
- You are characterized by a high willingness to learn and are able to familiarize yourself well with new applications and technologies.
- Good team and communication skills as well as a high service orientation complete your profile.
