You are actively involved in consulting projects and in the operational environment of our customers on the topics "Customer Experience and Cloud Contact Center".
As part of the team, you will be responsible for the design and integration of our Cloud Contact Center platform based on Genesys Cloud
You will be responsible for the integration into the system landscape of our customers as well as the service and support of the systems
The continuous further development of our customer systems is close to your heart
You have successfully completed a technical education (or a comparable qualification) and have a very high affinity for IT
Ideally, you have professional experience in the area of call center infrastructures (Genesys or similar), technologies such as SIP, IVR, chatbots and automation are not foreign to you
You are characterized by a high willingness to learn and can familiarize yourself well with new applications and technologies
Good team and communication skills as well as a high service orientation complete your profile
You have strong communication skills and are convincing when advising customers and have a good feel for the needs of the customer
You have a high degree of independence and initiative and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
