Your tasks:

You are the contact person for our customers in the pre-sales phase and advise them on the topics of customer experience, contact centers and voice

You develop customized solution concepts and present them to the customer

You accompany customer projects from conception to successful implementation

You support the further development of our own software products

You work closely with the sales team and support them in identifying new business opportunities

You keep your finger on the pulse and actively follow technological trends and innovations in order to always be able to offer our customers the latest solutions

Your profile:

You have a degree in technical studies or a comparable education in the IT field

You have sound experience in the area of pre-sales consulting or have experience in the planning and implementation of technical projects

Ideally, you have expert knowledge in the cloud, Saas, voice, contact center or automation environment

You have a strong technical understanding and can present complex technological concepts in an understandable way

You have strong communication skills and are convincing when advising customers and have a good feel for the needs of the customer

You have a high degree of independence and initiative and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
