Your tasks:

You will contribute to the development of proprietary software solutions and new features in the area of "Customer Experience Contact Center".

You translate customer requirements into code and ensure a high-quality implementation

You actively participate in code reviews and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of the software

You work closely with the team and support the successful implementation of projects

You support the development of functional prototypes and their testing

Your profile:

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification

You have initial or in-depth experience in software development with C#/.NET and/or JavaScript

Technologies such as cloud, Saas, SIP, IVR, chatbots or automation are not foreign to you

You have an interest in new technologies and are willing to learn new topics and frameworks

You are characterized by a high willingness to learn and are able to familiarize yourself well with new applications and technologies

You are a team player, communicative and have a quick grasp of things
