Your tasks:

  • You will be (co-)responsible for the entire sales process in the area of "Customer Experience and Contact Center", coordinating with the management from proposal preparation, elaboration and implementation to negotiation strategy and contract conclusion
  • You are eager to acquire new customers and win them over for our Genesys Cloud solutions
  • Together with (new) customers, you analyze their requirements and develop optimization solutions
  • Building and maintaining long-term and trusting customer relationships is close to your heart
  • Taking into account technical feasibility, business parameters and customer requirements, you will create individual offers for our customers

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed commercial or technical training (or a comparable qualification) and have a very high affinity for sales
  • Sales is your passion: Thanks to your enthusiastic manner, you quickly establish new contacts in the B2B sector and convince them with our Genesys Cloud solutions.
  • You are characterized by a high degree of determination and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
  • You have experience in the consultative sale of complex IT solutions - explanatory solution sales instead of pure product sales
  • Good team and communication skills as well as a high customer orientation complete your profile
