Your Responsibilities:

• You are actively involved in consulting projects and in the operating environment of our customers on the topics of "Customer Experience and Contact Center".
• You will be responsible for the design and integration of our contact center platform (cloud or on-premise) based on Genesys PureCloud or PureEngage as part of the team.
• You will be responsible for the integration into the system landscape of our customers as well as the support and the further development of the systems.

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed technical training (or a comparable qualification) and have a very high affinity for IT
• Ideally, you have professional experience in the area of call center infrastructures
• You are characterized by a high willingness to learn and are able to familiarize yourself well with new applications and technologies
• Good team and communication skills as well as a high service orientation complete your profile
