Your Responsibilities:
- You plan and manage consulting projects (technological, methodological and process-related).
- You develop new solution concepts for our customers
You advise IT organizations as well as specialist departments on the topics of contact center and voice. - You keep your finger on the pulse of the times by observing and analyzing current technologies and trends.
- You accompany customer projects from conception to implementation.
Your Profile:
- You have successfully completed your studies (or a comparable qualification).
- You have professional experience in consulting and project management and also have expert knowledge in the voice and contact center environment.
- You are able to present complex topics and contexts to your counterpart in a comprehensible way.
- You have a confident and self-assured manner when dealing with customers and are a professional contact person at management level as well.
- Very good communication and presentation skills in German and English round off your profile.
